Athletic News and Information

At Atlanta Christian College, student-athletes are given a tremendous opportunity: to play competitively at the collegiate level while receiving a first-class education in a Christian environment. In the past ten years, Charger athletic teams have won not only regional, but also national championships. ACC fields six intercollegiate athletic teams. Students may also participate in the intramurals program throughout the year.

National Championship Baseball Team Honored The 2010 NCCAA Division II national champion Charger baseball team was honored on campus Monday. Players received their championship rings during a celebration with faculty, staff and students. More Burton Named Head Volleyball Coach Atlanta Christian College's Athletic Department welcomes Shareena Burton as head volleyball coach for the Lady Chargers. More Schock Signs to Play for Lady Chargers Brandi Schock, a transfer from Tennessee Temple University, signed her letter of intent recently to continue her career as a student-athlete at Atlanta Christian. More Massengale Signs to Play Basketball for the Chargers Anthony Massengale has signed his letter of intent to play basketball at Atlanta Christian College. Massengale is transferring from Illinois Valley Community College, where he was a post player. More Lady Chargers Sign Ventura to Soccer Team Ashley Ventura, a home school graduate from Tampa, Fla., signed her letter of intent to play at ACC on July 19. More
